  • Either 1:1 or 2:1 Personal Training (If you want to work out with a friend/partner etc please get in touch for different prices)

  • Free body movement analysis consultation

  • Personalised exercise programme to help you achieve your goals

  • Resistance Training (equipment provided)

  • Cardiovascular workouts

  • Result measurements to track progress

  • Nutrition support

  • Accountability
